As of: 20 September 2026
These Terms govern use of the Attic Capital read-only HTTPS API on atticcapital.com (the “API”), including use through assistants such as Meta Muse.
By accessing the API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the API.
Who we are
The API is operated by Attic Capital (“Attic,” “we,” “us”). Website: https://atticcapital.com/.
What the API provides
The API exposes Attic’s own market-report content (including ranked rosters and related copy across rare coins, sports cards, collector cars, and fine art) and gatherings calendar data, plus status and discovery documents such as OpenAPI. Some layers (for example Beyond) may require an Attic-issued API key.
License to use
Attic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to call the API solely to retrieve and display Attic content in response to end-user requests (including via an AI assistant), subject to these Terms.
What you may not do
- Use the API to buy, bid, pay, escrow, publish, or send messages on Attic’s behalf (the API is read-only).
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download the API or site beyond normal interactive or assistant use, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Remove Attic attribution, falsify the source of Attic rankings or copy, or present Attic content as your own market rankings.
- Resell or redistribute Attic’s full report corpus as a competing data feed without Attic’s prior written permission.
- Use the API for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
API keys and access
If we issue an API key, you must keep it confidential, use it only for your integration, and not share it publicly. We may suspend or revoke keys for abuse, security risk, or breach of these Terms. Headlines access may be public; Beyond and similar layers may be key-gated at Attic’s discretion.
No professional advice
Attic content is editorial market judgment and information for general purposes. It is not investment, appraisal, legal, or purchase advice. You and your end users remain responsible for decisions made using the API.
Intellectual property
Attic retains all rights in the API, Attic rankings, copy, indexes, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Attic trademarks and brand names may be used only to accurately attribute Attic as the source.
Availability and changes
We provide the API “as is” and “as available.” We may modify, throttle, or discontinue endpoints, layers, or the API. We may update these Terms by posting a new as-of date on this page; continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attic disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Attic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages arising from use of the API. Attic’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the API is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid Attic for API access in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
